Reasonably well packed. However one handle bolt was bent and the other was missing. Not expensive to replace but annoying. Tried submitting a discount/replacement parts ticket but after sending pictures and request over 3 messages and no action decided to live with them and sort myself.

Very badly packed it is missing a crank on one of the two and I noticed it the deliveryman had left by opening the plastic which was more or less holed precisely at the level of the crank but I did not realize what it was it was too long that I had placed order

Tres mal emballé il manque une manivelle sur l’un des deux et je m’en suis aperçu le livreur était reparti en ouvrant le plastique qui était plus ou moins troué justement au niveau de la manivelle mais je n’ai pas réalisé ce que c’était cela fait trop longtemps que j’avais passé commande

Decent quality for the price. Gave 4 stars because the packaging was weak, and some parts were sticking out of the bubble wrap. Still fully functional and only aesthetic damage (some scratches and slightly bent tightening lever). Happy with the purchase! :)

The crampons are good, but it seems fragile, more indicated to the hobist even, which is my case.
