I am happy overall with this very well-priced unit. everything works as advertised and the quality seems high. NOTE: I have done extensive work on my vehicle to make this fit, because there is an OPTIONAL compartment in my model that no longer opens once the unit is fitted. I tried to modify it so it was still functional but it is not. not a big deal. The unit works very well, except for the built-in microphone. I want to buy another small printed circuit board containing that microphone so I can mount it closer to my head. There is a spot on the unit’s PCB for another microphone but when I added a mic to that spot, it didn’t work. if the microphone worked well, this unit would be the best product on the market. I have tested many.
