I achieved a range of 1 km (in good quality)._It was still audible after 1 km, but more and more weakly._From a higher position, it would almost certainly have a greater range.__With a fully extended telescopic antenna, however, there is some interference, it drops the FM band in a range of about 10-15 meters._Other than that, its excellent.
